After 2 years of being bullied in the workplace, I have made it my mission to put an end to bullying and create a safe place for others to openly discuss the effects of this epidemic. Remaining silent isn't the answer.
Welcome! I'm Palma, a professional nurse and hold a Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP) from the University of Iowa. My passion for eradicating bullying behaviors occured way before my two-year personal experience of workplace bullying.
